1. Log in to your account and start a new claim proess
First, open a new tab and head to safetywing.com. Login to your account using your credentials. Click on the dashboard. You’ll see your current coverage and add-ons. On the right side under the Quick action click on Submit a claim button.
2. Claims form
In this section, you have to choose what benefits are you claiming for. There are two options you can choose from. Medical or non-medical benefits. Pick one and click on continue.
In the next step, you have to fill out a few information such as when and where your injury happend (country and city) and the claim amount.
After that you have to describe what happend. Be as more specific as you can. Mention also if you’ve been treated for this condition in the past. And don’t forget to mention all the important details. Hit save and next.
In this step fill out your passport or ID number. So far pretty easy right?
Close to the end, you need to fill out your bank information and choose the currency. Bank information includes basic stuff like IBAN, account holder, bank name, and country.
In the next step you will be asked to upload a copy of your medical receipts. Hit upload and choose the file.
The last step is really simple. Just confirm that you provided all information correctly and is truth. That’s it. Simple and fast.
You can also check the status of your claims after a successful submission. This will allow you to keep track of every claim.
