Get ready for warm sunny days in Venice in the summer. The average temperature reaches 25°C. At the same time, it is also the main tourist season. With this comes high prices and lots of tourists. If you want to enjoy Venice more, come at the end of the season, in spring or autumn.
Venice is a bit colder in the winter months. Be prepared for temperatures around 0°C. At the same time, there are significantly fewer tourists, lines are shorter and prices are more affordable. It is during these months that there are a few days when the water level rises and the city is partially flooded. It can be a very interesting experience, but it is not for everyone.

TIP: If you want to experience famous festival in Venice, plan your trip for February. The date of the carnival is different every year, so be sure to check it before you go. Prices will be higher and city will be overcrowded. But it’s a great experience. There are many concerts, events and activities for children in Venice, and the streets are full of people in costumes and masks.
