Best time to visit Thailand
Most of the country has the best weather between December and March. In the summer months the country is hit by many heavy storms. There are a few places you can visit even during summer. Amongst them are Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. It is sunny most of the time with a few quick showers in the afternoon. If you are heading north to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai avoid coming between February and April. This time is known as burning season. There is so much smog in the air you cannot see anything. It’s aloso unpleasant to breathe.
